Our Performance Testing Laboratory validates the real-world operating performance of products under practical industrial application conditions.
For welding consumables, evaluation parameters include arc behavior, deposition efficiency, weld bead profile, penetration characteristics, restriking performance, slag removal behavior and operator usability. Product trials are conducted to assess welding consistency, joint integrity and overall weld performance under actual operating conditions.
For copper alloy products, performance evaluation includes conductivity, machinability, wear resistance and application suitability to ensure reliable functionality across demanding industrial applications.
The laboratory also supports comparative trials, process optimization and customer-specific application validation to ensure consistent product performance and operational reliability
Inverter based Digitally Controlled Welding Machine
All of the required weld testing and inspections are available to verify that the weld procedure was followed properly, correct filler material was used and the weld joint is aligned accurately. We have Inverter based digitally controlled welding machine to Process either SMAW, Lift Arc TIG, MIG or Semi-automatic FCAW. Our welding laboratory is equipped to do weld procedure, performance, and production testing for chemical, hardness, impact, mechanical, and metallurgical properties.
