About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth for our Welding Spares and Accessories range across the West region of India. The role is focused on expanding our channel sales network, achieving revenue targets, and strengthening our brand presence in the industrial welding segment.

- Welding Electrode Holders
- IG Torches and MIG Torch Accessories (Nozzles, Contact Tips, Connectors, etc.)
- Earthing Clamps
- Welding Consumables
- Flow Meters & Pressure Gauges
- Flashback Arrestors
- Other related welding spares and accessories
Key Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for channel sales performance across the West region.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners to strengthen the sales network.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key channel partners to ensure long-term business growth.
- Promote the entire product portfolio effectively and drive new product penetration in existing markets.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to shape sales strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Product) to support sales initiatives.
- Conduct regular business reviews, set targets, and monitor performance at the regional level.
- Provide product training and sales support to channel partners and the regional sales team.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and business insights for senior management.
