Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and motivated candidates for the position of Jr. / Sr. Sales Executive for our EDM Wire Division. The role involves driving sales and marketing activities for Spark EDM Wire products across Bangalore and nearby assigned regions.
The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, handling OEM customers, conducting technical discussions, and supporting overall business growth for EDM wire products.
Candidates with prior sales experience in industrial or engineering products will be preferred. However, candidates from an EDM Operator or EDM Programming background who are interested in building a career in sales are also highly encouraged to apply, as technical product knowledge will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales and business development activities for Spark EDM Wire products in Bangalore and assigned territories.
- Generate new business opportunities through customer visits, market research, industrial references, and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, tool rooms, precision engineering companies, and manufacturing industries.
- Identify customer machining requirements and recommend suitable EDM wire products accordingly.
- Conduct technical discussions with customers regarding EDM wire applications, cutting performance, productivity, and operational benefits.
- Handle complete sales processes including lead generation, enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and work towards converting enquiries into successful business deals.
- Provide support during virtual meetings, onsite visits, product trials, and technical presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, dispatch planning, customer support, and payment follow-ups.
- Prepare and submit daily visit reports, sales forecasts, market feedback, and monthly business updates.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements to support business growth strategies.
- Participate in technical seminars, exhibitions, demonstrations, and promotional activities organized by the company.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term engagement.
- Responsibilities may be amended or expanded based on company requirements and business needs.
